Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) are jointly organising an India-Africa Hydrocarbon Conference & Exhibition in New Delhi, on November 6-7, 2007 .
